General Customer Service

At Time Lock Inc., we are committed to nothing short of excellence regarding the support we provide to all our customers before, during and after your sale. You can contact us in many ways: On-line, by phone, via fax, or in person with Time Lock Inc. reseller, or sales reps. No matter which method you choose, you will find our Time Lock Inc. Customer Service Support Staff to be concerned, knowledgeable and helpful. Remember, we are not satisfied until you are. Carefully read the information below regarding the proper handling of your new equipment. Following these guidelines will make your experience with Customer Service easier and more pleasant and will help expedite any transactions.

Receiving Your Order

When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:

  • Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition.
  • All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Time Lock Inc. within three (3) business days of receipt of merchandise.
  • In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement.
  • All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.
  • Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise.
  • Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging.
  • DO NOT throw away any material included with the package until you are absolutely sure you want to keep your merchandise.
  • We cannot accept merchandise for return with incomplete or damaged or missing collateral material.
  • Keep your Invoice with your important records.
  • Read all instruction manuals BEFORE testing your equipment.
  • Time Lock Inc. will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility will only be the monetary value of the merchandise.

Return/Exchange Policy

Our policy is that you may return or exchange an item, excluding any shipping charge, within a period of thirty (30) days for lock merchandise and fourteen (14) days for accessories, if you are not satisfied with the products. If defective, it can be exchanged for the same title only. Special Order items are not returnable. Time Lock Inc. will not accept any returns or exchanges on Batteries, Memory Chips, Connectivities, User Keys or any other consumable products.
Prior to returning any item, YOU MUST call Customer Service for pre-approval. All merchandise purchased from Time Lock Inc. is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer. Items can be returned only if in original packaging, same new condition as sold with literature/instructions . Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping box. Please do not put any stickers or labels on the original manufacturer's packaging. Please ship the items back to us prepaid. For your protection, make sure to insure the package. Time Lock Inc. cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST


If any of the above conditions are not met, Time Lock Inc. reserves the right to either refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee for not less then 15%.

Warranties

Most items sold by Time Lock Inc. are covered by a manufacturer's one year parts warranties. Please call Time Lock Inc. for any warranty concerns.

Sales Tax Policy

Your total charges will include the item(s) you specify plus shipping/handling. If the order is shipped within British Columbia the law requires that local sales tax (7.0%) & GST (5.0%) be added to the order total including the amount of the shipping charge. If you have resale or tax exempt status, please make your order by Phone, Fax or E-Mail, since we do not have this option available on our web site as of this time. No tax applied to orders shipped out of British Columbia other than the GST.

General Shipping Information

We ship via UPS ground service: - Approx. 3-5 Business days delivery from shipping date.
Time Lock Inc. does not insure the shipment. Insurance is at your option.
You can request Time Lock Inc. to use a common carrier that you choose depending on the weight, value, and destination of your merchandise. Please note that Time Lock Inc. is not responsible for, and can offer no specific advice on taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise reaches you and urges you to consult your local government office with any questions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping Charges are determined by the total dollar amount, as well as the weight and shipping destination. We usually advise the shipping charges before we ship out the package.
